Printing in the EPI Centre
Black and white
Black and white laserprints are not charged, but you provide your own A4 paper, standard 80gsm laser paper only. This is available from the Art Shop. There are networked Laser printers in the Yellow Room (0F11), Magenta Room (0F14) ,Blue room (0F15), Red room (0F16), Green room (0F17). Laser printers are also available in the Graphic Design and Illustration studios.
Only use Folex and Lloyd Paton Film from the Art shop for transparencies and separations.

Duplex (double-sided) Printing
Double sided printing is also available through the Red, Blue and Yellow room black and white printers. This is achieved through the built in duplex. DO NOT feed paper through twice on any of the printers as this will leave toner on the rollers.

Colour Printing to the Print Centre Laser Printer
It is possible to send prints from the EPI centre at any time. The prints can then be collected from the Print Centre in Room OG5 between the following times:
Monday to Friday:
10.00am - 4.00pm
(closed 12.30 - 1.30 for lunch)
The prices for colour are:
A4 Single sided: 20p
A4 Double sided: 30p
A4 Black and White: 15p
A3 Single sided: 40p
SRA3 Single sided: 60p
A3 Double sided: 50p
A3 Black and White: 30p
Discounts:
10 prints: 10%, 20 prints: 20%, 30 prints: 30%, 40 prints: 40%, 50+ prints: 50%,
Instructions on how to print to the OKI colour printer from the EPI Centre from PhotoShop (instructions for InDesign will follow soon):

Wide format printers are available in the Print Centre. Machines in the EPI Centre cannot print directly to them but you can prepare your work in the EPI Centre and take the files down the Print Centre in Room 0G5. Details on prices and when large format printing is available can be found in the document below:

Colour Printing to the Pharos Printer in the EPI Centre
A Pharos Colour Printer is available in the Yellow Room of the EPI Centre. All machines in the EPI Centre and Bower Ashton Remote studios can print to this. This is managed by EPI Centre staff, so if the printer needs paper or new toner please call to the EPI Centre office (0F12) next to the Yellow Room to let a member of staff know.
There is a Pharos Colour Printer available in Spike Island for the use of students based there.
Additionally, there is a Pharos Colour printer in the corridor of the First Floor of B Block next to the computer rooms. This is managed by Ben in the Print Centre (0G5). Jobs sent from the EPI Centre rooms can also be released at this machine.
All printers operate in the same way. Instructions for sending work through to the printer and releasing the print job is available at the following link:
